After a day and a half a day exploring the city we headed for the hills and found ourselves at Uetliberg (the end of the line).
We were told this is where the locals go in the weekend to stretch their legs and commune with nature. ( en mass!)
We had missed lunch so settled for Cake and coffee and a beautiful view.
We then walked uphill to a viewpiont to look down on Lake Zurich and the city and in the distance and above the cloud the mountains!
To complete our day we used our day transport pass to enjoy a ferry trip on Lake Zuruch and down and up the Limmat river.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Zurich but found it very expensive!
