We spent a day exploring off the tourist trail.China town near Hua Lamphong station was very busy with every one going about their daily business.Everything from selling steel,TVs,food, welding, being done or sold from the foot path, just to name a few.
After a couple of hours we took refuge in a 7eleven shop to recover from the heat.They are everywhere and are airconditioned.And of course bought yet another bottle of water.I have never drunk so much in my life!
By accident we found a huge up market shopping centre joined to the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel where we very comortably managed to while away a few hours away from the heat and hussle and bussel.
We just stepped out of one world into another catering for very rich tourists.
We bought two gelatos!
The old lady(probably my age) was selling fruit.
Tuk tuk by day and by night.
