Chiang Mei Cooking school

One afternoon we booked into a cooking school.Yes Jeff too!!!!
Four hours and four dishes plus a walk round the local market to identify ingredients.It was a good experience not great.The extreem heat didnt help.It was all a bit like a production line.
We did meet some interesting fellow trainees.
